Isabelle Neveu
Co-Director and CSR Specialist
Isabelle is an expert in CSR and change management. She spent 15 years working at large companies, implementing cross-functional projects and new strategies. A graduate of the DAS program in Sustainable Management at the HEG in Geneva, she oversees all of Coptain Transition’s consulting services.
Matthieu Salvy
Co-director and UX designer
Matthieu has been advising companies for many years. His area of expertise is digital marketing. As part of the Coptain Transition project, he’s the one who translates user needs into platform features, saving everyone a tremendous amount of time.
Gaëlle Borgeaud
CSR Consultant
Gaëlle is our CSR jack-of-all-trades. She provides hybrid support through the Coptain Transition platform, serves as a CSR trainer, and writes sustainability reports. Her experience across numerous industries makes her a key member of our Taskforces, enabling us to offer our clients tailored services.
Vincent Charvet
Web Developer
Vincent is the third partner in the Coptain Transition project. As a multi-language developer, he designed the entire architecture of the digital platform and ensured that everything can be configured without needing to know a single line of code. It makes all our customers’ requests possible.
Jessica Ribiero
Graphic designer
Jessica has a superpower. She can bring all our design ideas—even the most complicated ones—to life in the blink of an eye.She’s the one who created all the graphic elements for our website and platform.

Apprentice mediamatician
