application (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the Application&#8221;) enables users (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the Customer&#8221;) to implement good sustainability practices in their company, based on the ISO 26000 standard.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"FR-CH\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"FR-CH\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">In particular, the Application offers the following services:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 43.1pt; Scope of these terms and conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e9e867 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5e9e867\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"FR-CH\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">These General Conditions of Use and Services (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;General Conditions&#8221;) apply to all services provided on the Application.  <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">The company &#8220;Getting Digit S\u00e0rl&#8221; (hereinafter: &#8220;the Company&#8221;) (IDE: CHE-409.796.465), located at Bd James-Fazy 8, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, is the owner and operator of the Application.  <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">These Terms and Conditions apply to all services performed or ordered from the Company through the Application.  <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">By contracting with the Company via the Application, the Customer acknowledges that he is bound by these General Terms and Conditions, which he declares to have read and understood.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"FR-CH\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"FR-CH\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">In the event of the conclusion of a contract with a third-party partner of the Company, or in the event of the use of a service provided by a third party (e.g. Stripe), the Customer undertakes to read and accept the General Terms and Conditions and\/or specific contractual conditions of this third party. The Company cannot be held liable for any contractual relationship between the Customer and a third party, or for any failure of their services. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"FR-CH\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">In the event of disagreement with the present General Terms and Conditions, the Customer undertakes to leave the Application and not to use the services it offers. The same applies to the General Terms and Conditions and to services offered by third-party partners. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"FR-CH\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"FR-CH\" style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the Customer&#8217;s responsibility to consult them regularly to keep abreast of any changes. In this case, prices will be invoiced on a case-by-case basis, according to the customer&#8217;s needs. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 7.1pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">The prices quoted include all taxes (incl. The Company will perform the services ordered as soon as the sales price has been paid.
